I specialize in home birth services and blending the art of traditional midwifery with evidence based best-practice to provide families with the best care. Communication
If you are in my care you will have my personal cell-phone number. If you have an emergency call me regardless of what time it is. If I don't answer right away, leave me a message, and then call right back. I will know that you have an emergency and will step away and take your call.
If you have questions about supplements, what foods you can/cannot eat or activities you can/cannot do, anything that is not urgent. Please write them down and ask them at your next prenatal appointment, text (before 8pm) or send me an email. I will get back to you as soon as possible because your concerns do matter to me.
I don't mind at all getting texts about things that concern you but I also ask that you respect my home life and the time I devote to other clients. As a midwife sleep is a valuable commodity and much needed to prepare for birth. I want to be ready and at my best for any situation that arises and I need your help in protecting these boundaries.
Any texts or calls after 8pm that are not urgent will be billed a $50.00 fee
